Our email  is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  If you have any questions about delivery, package that has not arrived, or an "unrecognized" charge to a credit card, please call or email us before contacting the credit card issuing bank to avoid unnecessary transaction retrieval or chargeback fees.

*   Transaction Retrieval Fee: If a customer has a question about delivery or a charge to the card and initiates inquiry through a credit card issuing bank without contacting our customer service first, a $10.00 penalty fee is assessed to a customer's account to cover the administrative expenses associated with gathering and submitting bank required documentation.  By placing order in our store, you agree to comply with this policy.

Return Policy

How Long: 
You may return
unopened regular or sale priced merchandise - as long as it is in the same condition as you received it (in new, resalable condition) - within 60 days of receipt. Merchandise returned after 60 days is subject to 15% restocking fee. 

Condition:
No packaging or outside/inside wrapping or package seal can be torn or damaged.  Opened items with torn wrapping or any other signs of use, do not qualify for return or exchange, unless they have a manufacturer's flaw.  We also reserve the right to refuse refund on any 
merchandise received in damaged / unusable condition as a result of inadequate packaging (Example: a Baby's Book returned in an envelope or a wrapping paper, crib light returned in a wrapping paper rather than a box, or any damage due to insufficient amount of packing/padding).

If you are unsure whether or not your merchandise qualifies for a return, please
email us before returning the merchandise. 

Please do not send open, used, or clearance merchandise back to us, as we will be unable to return it to you, and no refund will be given.

What & Where to Send:
Please be sure to include the following information with your return to expedite your refund process (return authorization number is not required):
1. Your Name
2. Copy of sales receipt or your order number
3. The merchandise


Refund will be issued in a form in which a payment was received.
Your credit will include the cost of the merchandise; shipping costs are not refunded.  Please mail your returns to:

   Exchange Policy


 

You may exchange any item in brand new condition (with tags attached or box unopened if applicable) within 60 days of receipt.  A customer will be responsible for new shipping cost.  Please always verify the list of items you intend to order before checking out.
We will not be responsible for new shipping costs associated with exchange of items ordered by mistake.

If we make an error and send you an incorrect product - please contact us first.  We will most likely ask you to return the item and then reimburse you for a return postage*.
Incorrectly sent merchandise will have to be received within 30 days, otherwise a full amount, including new shipping cost will be charged to a customer's credit card.
*Only base shipping rate will be  refunded.  Cost of added special services by a customer, such as signature confirmation, return receipt, or insurance, are not covered.

If item has a manufacturing flaw - please contact us first.  Often, a manufacturer is willing to ship replacement directly to a customer.  In some cases, we will need you to return the merchandise to us, so please contact us for instructions.  We will reimburse you for a return postage. 

   Missing Item(s) or Damaged/Lost/Misdelivered Merchandise
All claims of  missing item(s) or damage have to be reported  within 5 days after a shipment is received.  Please contact us within this time frame for your claim to be honored. Please also see Risk of Loss/Shipment Contract.
   Privacy Policy

Customers shopping at Millia LLC do not have to worry about security and confidentiality of their personal information.  All personal information, such as names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses, are kept personal and private.  Customer information is used solely by the employees of Millia LLC, and only for the purposes necessary to conduct our business, e.g. to complete and ship orders.

When you make a purchase using a credit card, we collect your name, your billing address for the card, the card type, number, and expiration date. We collect this information in order to bill you for your purchase. For your security, only partial credit card information is saved on the server for reference purposes and only while your order is in our database (approx. two months). We also collect information that allows us to ship your order. This includes the name, address, and phone number of an intended recipient(s).

When you create an account at MilliaKids.com, your billing and shipping information will be saved under your user name.  You can access, edit or delete this information anytime you wish.  Credit card information is not being saved in customer's account.

Millia LLC does not, under any circumstances, sell personal  information, such as names, phone numbers, or email addressed, to any third parties.  We keep this information confident and use it solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders.

   Transaction Security Policy

Any private  information you submit on our website during the ordering process, is  transmitted by "Secure Sockets Layer" (SSL) encryption to relay your transaction information.

What is encryption?

Encryption takes meaningful text and numbers and scrambles them into numerical "nonsense" before transmitting them across the Internet. We are using 128-bit encryption, the highest level of encryption available.

The encryption process occurs for information going both directions - from your computer to the server we use, and vice versa. Encryption uses complex algorithmic formulas to create a key that is used to translate the scrambled numerical information back to the original information you have submitted.  Because there are billions of potential numerical sequences, it would take a thief several lifetimes to find the exact key and decipher information that is being transferred.
