Return Policy |
|
All returns require return merchandise authorization
number RMA#. This has to be written on the outside of the package. Merchandise
returned without authorization will not be accepted and will be refused
or returned at a customer's expense. Shipping and handling costs are
non-refundable. Please contact
us for further return instructions. All returns are subject to 15%
or $7.50 restocking fee, whichever is greater (excluding
mistakes on order or defective merchandise if it cannot be replaced by
the manufacturer and has to be returned to us).
How Long:
You may return unopened regular or sale priced merchandise -
as long as it is in
the same condition as you
received it (in new, resalable condition) - within 30 days
of receipt. Items received after this date will not qualify for a
return/refund and a customer will be asked to pay return shipping to
have the merchandise sent back to them. If no postage is provided,
unclaimed merchandise becomes a property of Millia LLC.
Condition:
No packaging or
outside/inside wrapping or package seal can be torn or damaged.
Opened items can be returned only if they have a manufacturer's flaw.
Products with torn wrapping or any other
signs of use and no manufacturer's flaw do not qualify for return or exchange.
We also reserve the right to
refuse refund on any merchandise received in
damaged / unusable condition as a result of inadequate packaging (Example: a
Baby's Book returned in an envelope or a plain wrapping paper, or any damage due to
insufficient amount of packing/padding).
Non-Returnable Items:
Clearance merchandise, bakery items,
used/open/altered products.
Refund will
be issued
in a form in which a payment was received.
Your credit will include the cost of the merchandise; shipping
costs are not refunded.

Exchange
Policy |

You may exchange any item in
brand new
condition (with tags attached or box unopened if applicable)
within 30 days of receipt.
A customer will be responsible for new shipping
cost. Please always verify the list of items you intend to order
before checking out.
We will not be responsible
for new shipping costs associated with exchange of items ordered by
mistake.
If we make an error and send you
an incorrect product - please contact
us first. We will most likely ask you to return
the item and then reimburse you for a return postage.
If item has a
manufacturing flaw - please
contact
us first. Often, a manufacturer is willing to ship
replacement directly to a customer. In some cases, we
will need you to return the merchandise to us, so please contact
us for instructions. We will reimburse you for a
return postage.

All claims
of missing item(s) or damage have to be reported within
5 days after a shipment is
received. Please contact us within this time frame for your
claim to be honored. Please also see Risk of Loss/Shipment

Customers shopping at Millia
LLC do not
have to worry about security and confidentiality of their personal
information. All personal information, such as names, addresses, phone
numbers and email addresses, are kept personal and private. Customer
information is used solely by the employees of Millia LLC, and only for the
purposes necessary to conduct our business, e.g. to complete and ship orders.
When you make a purchase using a credit card, we collect
your name, your billing address for the card and the card
type. Credit card
number, and expiration date are NOT saved on the server and
our credit card processor keeps this information private. We
cannot access/retrieve/look up customer's credit card
number. All transactions are searchable only by a
transaction ID and not by a credit card number. When you create an account at MilliaKids.com, your
billing and shipping information will be saved under your
user name. You can access, edit or delete this
information anytime you wish. Credit card
information is NOT being saved in customer's account. Millia LLC does not, under
any circumstances, sell personal information, such as names, phone numbers, or
email addressed, to any third parties. We keep this information confident
and use it solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders. |

Any private information you submit on
our website during the ordering process, is transmitted by
"Secure Sockets Layer" (SSL) encryption to relay your transaction
information.
What is encryption?
Encryption
takes meaningful text and numbers and scrambles them into numerical "nonsense"
before transmitting them across the Internet. We are using 128-bit
encryption, the highest level of encryption available.
The encryption process occurs for information
going both directions - from your computer to the server we use, and vice versa.
Encryption uses complex algorithmic formulas to create a key that is used to
translate the scrambled numerical information back to the original information
you have submitted. Because there are billions of potential numerical
sequences, it would take a thief several lifetimes to find the exact key and
decipher information that is being transferred.
